Laying of Inserts, Installation & Insulation
Our Kashmir team begins by laying the insulation boards and heating cable inserts across the prepared floor surface. The insulation layer is engineered to maximise heat retention and prevent heat loss into the subfloor.
Concrete Layer — 20 to 25 cm Thick
A concrete layer of 20 to 25 cm is poured over the heating cable system. This thick concrete base anchors the cables permanently, provides superior heat retention, and ensures warmth is maintained for 4–6 hours during power cuts.
Activating the Guarantee Period
The final step involves comprehensive system testing, thermostat commissioning, and safety validation. Your electric hamam lifetime warranty and guarantee period are formally activated on final handover.
